All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number included in the shipping price. You'll be notified via email when your order has been shipped. Once a delivery confirmation number has been assigned, Colleen Keenan Handbags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered order packages.
