Every handbag is personally created by Colleen Keenan and inspected before it's shipped, due to the pride she takes in every aspect of the process. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase contact us at customerservice@colleenkeenan.com and we'll provide instructions on how to return your purchase.

Your name
Your email and phone number
The order number
The reason for the return
Returns must be unused and in original condition, and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, less the shipping charges. We regret that we cannot accept returns of custom orders or sale items.
